A year of execution, partnership, and regional growth — setting the foundation for an active and impactful 2026.
From national commercial clients to community-driven residential and modular developments, our teams continued delivering work throughout Colorado, Montana and Wyoming, while moving several complex projects from planning into active construction.
2025 Highlights
This year marked important milestones across active construction, completed deliveries, and new groundbreakings.
Opened our second office location – Bozeman, MT – expanding our regional presence and strengthening our ability to serve clients and partners throughout Montana and the Mountain West.
Continued our long-standing partnership with Les Schwab Tire Centers, with projects under construction in Parker, Johnstown, and Cheyenne.
Completed SVP Jasper in March 2025, while SVP Castle Rock and SVP Plum Creek progressed through construction.
Broke ground on active-adult community, Village Cooperative of Erie, in February, advancing the project toward an anticipated June 2026 completion.
Broke ground on Route 40 in Denver, one of our most significant mixed-use projects to date. The project remains on pace to complete structural concrete and begin framing in Q2, with a planned topping-out in June 2026 and a target completion of August 2027.

Broke ground on the Vault85 personal warehouse project.
Looking Ahead to 2026
With a strong pipeline in place, 2026 will be a year focused on execution, delivery, and continued client and partner collaboration.
Construction will continue on Route 40, Village Cooperative of Erie, and all three Les Schwab Tire Center locations, which are anticipated to be completed by mid-2026.
Several new projects are expected to move forward in 2026, including:
Dry Creek Apartments, modular multifamily project anticipated to break ground in the Spring, with first modular deliveries expected in October. The first phase — three of five buildings — is scheduled to turn over approximately 14 months after groundbreaking.
Ptarmigan Flats modular residential project in Leadville, CO will have modular units set in February and an anticipated Spring 2026 completion.
The Northern mixed-use infill project in Bozeman has construction anticipated to begin Fall 2026 and completion projected Spring 2028.
Granary in Longmont, projected to start in February 2026.
SVP Tall Grass, anticipated to begin construction in January 2026.
We are also preparing to deliver several specialty and commercial projects in the coming year, including Padel Haus (completing Q1 2026), Boulder Valley Women’s Health (anticipated to break ground in Q1–Q2 2026), and Animal Arts / Summit Veterinary Specialty Center in Firestone, a newly awarded two-phase expansion/renovation project beginning early 2026.
Additional projects, including Main Street Apartments in Longmont and select modular developments, remain under active review. Updates will be shared as these plans progress.
Moving Forward
Our work is built on long-term relationships, disciplined execution, and a shared commitment to quality construction. We’re grateful for the trust of our clients, partners, municipalities, and teams — we look forward to sharing progress throughout 2026.
