The third Village Cooperative project with Real Estate Equities Development
On February 17, 2025, we broke ground on the Village Cooperative of Erie, marking the third project we’ve built in partnership with Real Estate Equities Development. Following the successful delivery of the Village Cooperative communities in Loveland and Chatfield, this new project represents another milestone in providing high-quality housing options for Colorado’s growing 62+ population.
The Erie community is designed as a 120,000 SF, maintenance-free, owner-occupied cooperative living development tailored specifically for active adults. With a focus on comfort, community, and convenience, Village Cooperative of Erie will feature thoughtfully designed residences, shared amenities, and welcoming common spaces to foster a sense of connection among residents.
