Modular workforce housing delivered through speed, partnership, and mountain-market construction strategy
Symmetry is proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Ptarmigan Flats, bringing efficient modular workforce housing to Leadville, Colorado.
Located at 220 E. 11th Street, the 2,580-square-foot development includes two duplex buildings built from six modular boxes manufactured by Vederra.
As construction manager, Symmetry managed site work, module set and stitch, MEP startup, and final finishing, completing the $1.3 million project in 5.5 months.
The project shows how off-site fabrication and coordinated site execution can help mountain communities deliver attainable housing despite short building seasons, labor constraints, and complex logistics.
Built Through Partnership
Symmetry extends its appreciation to Thelchrest Homes, Vederra Modular, Renien Consulting, the City of Leadville, Park County, and Colorado Housing Authority for the partnership that made Ptarmigan Flats possible.
Ptarmigan Flats is a meaningful milestone for modular housing in Colorado’s mountain communities and a practical model for future workforce housing delivery.
