Route 40 Topping Out: Structural Milestone Reached

Route 40 has officially topped out, marking the completion of structural framing on the seven-story mixed-use development in Denver.

Reaching this milestone required precise sequencing, consistent coordination, and safe execution across every trade and project partner.
