30th & Larimer Mixed-Use

30th & Larimer Mixed-Use

Denver, CO

Creating a Mixed-Use Hub in Denver

This Denver project combined a new three-story office building, a renovated two-story brick brewery, and a pre-engineered metal structure to house mixed-use tenants, including Odell Brewing’s taproom, Shake Shack, and Fierce 45. Completed in 2018, it blends historic preservation with modern construction, preserving original architectural elements while integrating advanced MEP systems. Symmetry Builders managed the complex coordination of adaptive reuse and ground-up construction on a single site. The project enhances the 30th & Larimer corridor with vibrant commercial spaces, driving economic activity in Denver’s RiNo district. Our team ensured seamless integration of diverse tenant needs through meticulous planning.
