Symmetry Builders constructed Biodesix’s 27,000 SF headquarters in Boulder, CO, through phased tenant finishes for offices, laboratories, and employee spaces, completed under a CM/GC contract. We aligned design and budget to upgrade an existing facility, incorporating advanced HVAC and electrical systems for lab operations. The project, completed in 2019, navigated stringent regulatory requirements for biotech environments. Its multi-phase approach ensured minimal disruption to ongoing operations. This headquarters supports Biodesix’s cutting-edge research with a tailored, high-tech space.
