This four-month tenant finish in 2018 created a 3,000 SF retail tasting room for Blanchard Family Wines in Denver’s Dairy Block, featuring refined interior finishes and advanced MEP systems for an exceptional wine-tasting experience. Symmetry Builders collaborated with UNUM Collaborative to deliver cost-effective, coordinated systems under a lump-sum contract. The project required precise integration of specialized lighting and climate control to meet winery standards. The elegant design enhances the LoDo district’s vibrancy, attracting wine enthusiasts.
