This 7,500 SF renovation and expansion in Boulder, CO, completed in 2016, featured CMU, stick-frame, brick veneer, and tile roof, meeting Boulder’s exterior lighting standards. Symmetry Builders added 16,000 SF of landscaping and 41,000 SF of parking lot adjustments to enhance functionality. The lump-sum project included energy-efficient systems and modern finishes to attract commercial tenants. We navigated complex permitting requirements to ensure timely completion. This space revitalizes Boulder’s commercial corridor with a refreshed aesthetic.
