Four Mile Fire Station
Boulder County, CO
Constructing a Community Fire Station
This 6,500 SF ground-up fire station in Boulder County, completed in 2015, supports firefighting, EMS, offices, dormitories, and community gathering post-wildfires and floods, meeting DOLA funding requirements. Symmetry Builders used design-assist to deliver a budget-aligned facility on a challenging site with steep terrain. The project incorporated energy-efficient systems and durable materials for long-term use. It serves as a training center and emergency hub for Fourmile Fire Protection District. This station strengthens community resilience in a wildfire-prone area.
