This project at Loveland Valley Ski Area included millwork replacement, a new Ansul hood, enhanced finishes, and a 12,000 SF two-story addition doubling the cafeteria with Ski & Ride School, ticket booths, restrooms, and ski patrol areas. The patio features a hydronic snowmelt system for year-round use, delivered on a tight pre-ski season schedule under a lump-sum contract. Symmetry Builders ensured high-quality finishes for heavy public use. This expansion enhances Loveland Ski Area’s visitor experience.
