This tenant finish project included the build-out of a core and shell into a full industrial kitchen, back/front of house, dining area, restrooms, and outdoor patio/seating for Shake Shack. Part of a larger project involving adaptive reuse and ground-up construction, Symmetry Builders delivered a vibrant space with high-quality finishes. The lump-sum project required coordination with multiple stakeholders to meet brand standards.
