This project consists of four buildings with 24 row homes (1,500-2,500 SF each) featuring interior parking and roof patios under a CM/GC design-assist contract. Symmetry Builders demolished dated structures on a brownfield site and installed a storm water detention vault, requiring multiple value engineering revisions. The project included high-end finishes like custom cabinetry and sustainable systems. This development enhances Sloans Lake’s residential appeal with upscale urban living.
