This two-story administration building for Summit Fire and EMS, completed in 2019, features steel frame, concrete decks, and CMU stair/elevator cores, with 22 private offices, two conference rooms, a board room, and antique fire engine display under a lump-sum contract. Symmetry Builders delivered a functional municipal facility with durable finishes and efficient systems. The project required coordination with Summit County for public safety compliance. This building supports administrative and operational needs in Breckenridge.
