Andy Wood
Founder & President
Andy serves as President of The Symmetry Companies, bringing more than 30 years of construction industry experience. Since co-founding the firm in 2011, he has played a central role in shaping Symmetry’s operational framework, culture, and execution standards.
Beginning his career as a field engineer in the commercial sector, Andy developed a hands-on foundation that continues to inform his leadership approach — grounded in constructability, cost discipline, and schedule performance. Today, he oversees company-wide operations, ensuring alignment between preconstruction, field execution, and client outcomes across multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Andy holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
